Please plan to be part of our Mid-Week Soup Suppers and Worship Services this year. This week, Wednesday, February 29, the supper will be provided by the Social Ministry Committee. Soup is served between 6:00 and 6:45. Worship begins in the Sanctuary at 7:00. Many of us have powerful memories of coming to Lenten worship as children. That’s a memory that lasts throughout your life time. Children are welcome and encouraged to be a part of the suppers and worship times.
Mid-week Lenten worship is a great way to deepen your Lenten experience. The worship services run 30-40 minutes. The theme, “Whose Cross Is It, Anyway?” features the Jerusalem Parcel Service attempting to deliver the cross, but most people will not accept it. Who will be the one to receive it? Come and find out! The skits are brief, entertaining, and meaningful.
This week, music will be provided by the Chancel Choir.
